The Quick Facts about an EXIT Career

The Highest Split in the Industry  EXIT agents earn at least 70% of commission, and some up to 90%!  Standard commission split for EXIT agents is 70/30 up to $100,000 of gross commission, and 90/10 for the balance of the year, every year.	Earning Potential   Building your team through sponsorship increases your earning potential.  EXIT agents can sponsor any agent in any office in North America.  If the recruited agents are hired, you can earn 10% of gross commission up to $10,000 per year, per agent, for life!
Residual Earnings If you sponsor agents, you can continue to receive 7% in residual earnings as long as your agents continue to sell.  That means you can continue to sponsor and earn even after you've retired from actively selling real estate!	No Franchise Fees Many franchised real estate companies skim 5%-8% off the top of each of your transactions.  EXIT believes in a flat rate of $150, whether you sell a starter home or a million dollar mansion.  And after 18 transactions, the fee is waived for the balance of the year.

Beneficiary Earnings If an EXIT agent should become deceased, a beneficiary can continue to receive 5% as long as the sponsored agents continue to sell real estate.
